Why

Gould's Falco lanarius (syn. Feldeggii Schlegel; the List misprints it lamas) = Falco biarmicus, Lanner Falcon: rufous crown, slate back, spotted buff breast. The lanarius of Pallas and Temminck was the Saker, which Gould figures at I.5.
