Why

Is ignitus an aberrant red Eastern Rosella or an Eastern x Crimson hybrid? Leadbeater's single Moreton Bay bird (ex-ZSL, now NHMUK) would decide. The figure has white cheeks (Eastern), but its red rump, wholly red underparts and white wing bands fit neither species.
