Why

Sterna paradisea Bruenn. (dougallii Mont.) = Sterna dougallii, Roseate Tern; the plate's rosy-breasted, dark-billed terns with long white streamers are Roseates. Trap: modern S. paradisaea is the Arctic Tern (V.72).
