Why

Natterer's Sylvia sericea is Cetti's Warbler: Gould figured Natterer's own specimen from the Brenta near Chioggia, a warm-brown, round-winged bird with a white throat and grey-brown flanks, and Seebohm and Dresser list the plate under Cettia cetti.
