Why

Verreaux's Palaeornis luciani, drawn from a ZSL cage bird (green crown, brick-red cheeks, black moustache, red upper mandible), is a Long-tailed Parakeet; Salvadori puts luciani and this plate in Fraser's modesta, now P. longicauda modesta of Enggano.
